We believe that each client is unique.  With that in mind, every “package” is tailored to the needs of each individual client.  You can pick and choose the services you want and need or go with one of our more popular “pre-designed” packages. 

Hourly Consultations – Do you need some help on where to start?  Have questions on how to interview vendors?  Looking for some suggestions on decor and design?  Perhaps you just need some guidance on budgets, timelines or etiquette.  We’ll give you some direction to get you on the right track.    

The “Kick Start” Package – We’ll set you on the right road to get you where you have to go!  We know how frustrating it can be to not know where to start with planning your event. Let us give you the tools you need. We’ll make vendor referrals for everything you need, help with design ideas and budget and organization instruction. You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you did it yourself with just a little help from your “friends”.

Event Design – It’s more than just choosing a flower arrangement or a linen color!  By asking the right questions and actually listening to the answers, we’ll learn about you – your lifestyle, personal tastes and, most importantly, your vision for your special event.  We’ll help get the creative juices flowing, make suggestions as to design elements, and work with you to create a look and feel that is totally you!

Complete Planning – Any event – a wedding, fundraiser, sweet 16, etc. – can take hundreds of hours to plan and design.  We’ll do the legwork for you so that you can go about your normal routine.  We’ll help you with design, vendor selection and execution.  It’s your vision, but our time that goes into the research.  We’ll provide recommendations, but you always make the final decision.  We’ll be with you every step of the way to help with selections, staying on budget and contract negotiations.  When all the planning is done, we’re there to make sure everything runs according to plan so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Just Some Help – You know what you want, but don’t know where to start.  We’ll make suggestions for design elements, vendor referrals and budget planning.  Two months prior to your event, we’ll address last minute issues.  We’ll work with you during those final days to make sure everyone is prepared, knows when and where they are supposed to be and then work with your vendors to ensure that your event runs seamlessly.  We are with you the entire day of the event to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

Event Day Management – This is actually a misnomer!  We believe that someone cannot come in to an event on that day and know what the client’s vision and wants and needs are.  We actually begin work two months prior to the event.  We’ll get to know your thoughts and your vision, make recommendations for any last minute issues and begin working with your vendors.  That doesn’t necessarily mean that you won’t have contact with us.  Once you book with us, you will always be able to call or email us.  On event day, we’ll be there to make sure everything flows according to plan and handle any situation that arises so that you don’t need to worry about a thing.
